Happy Birthday Mike!!!

Today is my brother-in-law Mike's birthday. I think he is 32, but I could be wrong. Mike has been in our family for a long time now. I think I was 12 when Tami and him started dating. Well we wanted to tell him Happy Birthday and let him know how special he is to us. Even though we barely see eachother anymore(he's probably happy about that..LOL...), Mike has been just like a big brother to me through the years. I have A LOT of memories of when I was a lot younger with him and Tami. He has always been there for me, even through my toughest times in life, always looking out for me and I wanted to tell you "Thank You for everything!". I lived with them right after their 1 year wedding anniversary and 1 great memory I have, and I'm sure he will never forget is... the great smell of instant Cream of Wheat in the morning I would make for myself. He HATED it so much!!!! When I think about that, it makes me laugh. Anyways... I hope you have a great day Mike, thanks for being the best brother-in-law anyone could ever have. I appreciate everything you have done for me!! Love You, IU!!!!!!!

Family Fun!

My Uncle Gary and cousin Jake were in town this weekend to do some turkey hunting with all the guys here. We were all able to get together Saturday and Sunday night for dinner. We haven't seen Uncle Gary since the day of my baby shower, and I haven't seen Jake in a long time. It was so nice to see them. They all had a lot of fun hunting(that's what the men do best on my Robinson side of the fam). Chris got a turkey, and we ate it Sunday night. We had turkey nuggets...to my surprise...sooo good!!!! Kyle loved his Great Uncle Gary...he was a little scared of Jake at first, but then warmed up to him. It was also Uncle Gary's birthday, so Linda made a cake and we were all able to celebrate with him. I hope to see them more often. We love them both so much. It is always nice to spend time with family, especially those that we don't get to see that often. Thanks for coming to see all of us, we had a great time!!

Mimi comes again!!

My mom came to see us again last week. It was really nice having her here. Tim had to go to San Francisco for training all week on transmissions, so she came to keep me company. I just wanted to post a cute pic I got of her and Kyle. We love that she comes to see us. It gets hard at times not being able to see our families as often as we'd like, so it is nice when she comes. We know she loves us very much and we love her just as much! Thank you mom for coming, we appreciate it more than you know!!

Happy Easter!

Look what the Easter Bunny brought me Mommy and Daddy!!

So we hope everyone had a great Easter! We went to the Beymer's home and had a great day!! Kyle seemed to like his Easter basket. The Easter Bunny brought him a Baby Einstien video, a book, a "Peep" stuffed bunny, a couple of trainer sippy cups, a ball and a bunny shaped slinky. He left Kyle a really cute note on the fireplace, and ate the carrots we left out for him. Kyle loved the grass in the basket. He looked adorable in his outfit. On Friday, Ciarra came over and we decorated easter cookies and eggs. It was a lot of fun! So on Easter we had a big easter egg hunt. Everyone had to find the egg with thier name on it. Everyone found thiers, but for some reason, Tim and I had a really hard time finding ours... go figure, the person that came up with the idea couldn't find thier own. We played a little badmitton and Kyle and I jumped on the trampoline...He loved it!!! All in all, we had a great day and a lot of great food with our family! We missed the ones we couldn't be with, but you all were in our hearts!! Thank you to the Beymer's for making our 1st Eatser in our new home a great one!!! We look forward to many more to come!!!

SO...... We did it!!!! We finally cut KJ's hair!!! The "Trump doo" was starting to bug me, and I couldn't wait any longer. I am so happy we did. Now he looks like a handsome little boy and not a pretty little boy. Of course we saved the top part I chopped off. We just sat him in his Bumbo chair on the bathroom counter, and used the same clippers I use on Tim. He did really good, no crying! It was a lot of fun for Mommy and Daddy. We love the new "doo"! So here are the pics... I am sorry, but isn't he HANDSOME!!!!!!!

This was a few weeks ago, but I wanted to post these pics of Kyle and Aubree. As most of you know, we are a Nascar family, so Tim wanted to have everyone over to watch the Daytona race on his new big tv in HD. We had everyone over for an appetizer party. There was SO much food!! It was a lot of fun. Kyle and Aubree had matching outfits, that my sister Connie and I had bought while we both were still pregnant last year. We bought them for the perfect timing. They look so cute in their # 24 Jeff Gordon outfits. Even though Mommy is a Jimmie Johnson fan, he has already worn those outfits last season. Just wanted to share...

Kyle is now 6 1/2 months old! He just had his 6 month appt. on Friday. He weighs 16 lbs. 12 oz. and is 26 inches long. He is more and more active everyday. He babbles and laughs all day long. He loves to play with his Daddy. When Tim gets home from work.. it's all about him!! He is sitting up on his own, but still popples over. We think he is going to skip rolling over and crawling and go straight to walking. We stand him up, and he just puts one foot in front of the other through the whole house. We will see though! Here are just some fun pics of Kyle... He is already learning how to drive with Daddy! Some fun in the tub! Hope you all like them!

Well Kyle and I made another trip down south. Tim was unable to come due to work. I missed him so much though. This trip really made me realize how much I love living in Yuba City now. It has been a hard move for me, but I now know that this is where my family and I belong. Due to me getting sick, we were unable to see everyone that I wanted to. But earlier in the week, we were able to go go to Paige's(Tim's cousin's daughter) 1st birthday party. It was a lot of fun, we got to see Mary Beth, David, Lily, Sydney Ann, Kyle's Great Grandparents and Aunt Sandy. We were able to of course see Mimi and Papa, Uncle Richard, Uncle Chris and Aunt Becky, Uncle Shane and Aunt Alisa, and My Grandparents. I felt horrible we were unable to see anyone else, but there is always our next trip that will be in July. But here are some pics. Enjoy!!
